Five steps to your new dog
Our process is thorough because it has to be, we're matching a dog's whole future, not just filling a form. Here's exactly what happens, in order, from first enquiry to bringing your dog home.

Application form
Tell us about your home, your routine, and your experience with dogs, so we can start matching properly.

Home check
One of our volunteers visits your home, so we can flag anything to sort before the dog arrives.

Meet & greet
You'll meet your potential new dog in person, with the whole family, existing pets included.

Adoption day
Sign the adoption agreement, bring your dog home, and RBU lifetime support begins immediately.
Common questions
How long does the whole process take?

Is there an adoption fee?

Do I need to raw feed?
